These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website consultations.lumorawellness.com (the “Site”), operated by Lumora Wellness (“Lumora”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a DHA-licensed men’s health and andrology clinic in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About our service

The Site provides general information about Lumora’s men’s health and andrology services and allows you to request a consultation. The Site does not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment online.

No medical advice and no doctor-patient relationship

The information on the Site is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Submitting a form or messaging us does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you attend a consultation with our clinician. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

Consultation requests and bookings

Consultation requests made through the Site are enquiries and are subject to availability and confirmation by the clinic. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to arrange your appointment. Any fees for consultations or services will be communicated to you, and cancellation or rescheduling should be arranged with the clinic in advance.

Treatment options and outcomes

Any treatment options are assessed and decided during an in-person clinical consultation, based on your individual circumstances. Individual results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Some advanced treatment options may be subject to clinical suitability and regulatory status, which the doctor will explain during your consultation.

Enquiries you send through the Site are handled confidentially by our clinical staff, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE law.
